Signing in
The sign-in page says setup is incomplete, or the site shows a 503. The server is missing its sign-in configuration. Only an administrator can fix it; tell the Owner Admin.
I signed in, but the portal says I was not invited or my access is inactive. The email on the account you used differs from the invitation, or the invitation expired. Ask the Owner Admin to check People and Access for the exact address. Signing in with a personal account when the invitation used a work address is the usual cause.
Microsoft shows AADSTS errors. The portal's registration in your organization's directory is misconfigured or you are signing in from the wrong directory. Copy the error code to the Owner Admin.
Google asks me to allow access. The consent screen asks only for your name and email. Allow it; it grants the portal nothing over your Google account.
The browser calls the site dangerous. Safe Browsing sometimes flags new sign-in pages for a day. If the address is exactly the portal's and the certificate is valid, proceed and tell the Owner Admin so it can be reviewed.
I cannot sign out inside an embedded browser. Use the two-step Sign out in the account menu. It does not rely on a browser dialog.
Seeing clients and sections
The client I need is not in my list. Your scope does not include it. Contact the Owner Admin; do not work from another client's binder.
A binder section shows a lock. Cloud Tenants, Network, Backup and Security, Cybersecurity, and Evidence open only during an approved session for that client. Licenses, History, Onboarding, and Cleanup are administrative. The lock names which case applies.
The green session bar is showing but a section is still locked. The session is for a different client, or the section is administrative. Check the client name in the bar.
Sessions and approvals
My session request has not been approved. A distinct Support Approver must approve it. Check its state under Support sessions in your account menu. If waiting would let harm continue, use the emergency path rather than starting work.
My session expired mid-task. Stop. Do not continue, even to finish. Request a new session and note what was left undone on the ticket.
Bitwarden access was granted but I cannot see the collection. Sign out of Bitwarden and back in; collection changes take a fresh session. If it still does not appear, the mapping for this client may be incomplete; tell the approver.
Alerts and notifications
I am assigned tickets but get no emails. Ticket emails go to the sign-in address on your invitation. Check spam, then ask the Owner Admin to confirm the address on your account.
A monitoring alert keeps repeating. Critical Pushover alerts repeat until acknowledged. Acknowledge it in the attention queue or on the Emergencies page; do not dismiss it from your phone alone.
A connector shows failures in a row. The tool's credentials or permissions changed. The Owner Admin re-tests the connection under Imports; the attention item clears when a run succeeds.
The portal itself
Pages are slow or a page errors. Errors are reported automatically. If it keeps happening, use Report a bug with what you were doing and the ticket reference. Never paste passwords or client secrets into a bug report.
Something changed and I want to know what. What's new lists each release, and the version in the header tells you what is running.
Reviewed for portal version 1.2.0.
