ezNet Support Continuity Portal
Last updated September 9, 2026. Operated by ezNet Solutions (E-Z Net LLC).
What this portal is
The Support Continuity Portal is a private, invitation-only system that ezNet Solutions uses to document the client networks it supports and to control temporary technical access to them. It is not a public service and has no public sign-up.
Information we collect
- Sign-in identity. When you sign in with Microsoft or Google we receive your name, email address, and account identifier so the portal can match you to an invitation. We do not receive your password, and we request no access to your mail, files, or contacts.
- Activity records. The portal keeps an audit log of what signed-in people do: pages viewed, records changed, sessions requested or approved, and access granted or removed. This log exists so that client access can be reviewed and is retained for the life of the client relationship.
- Support records. Tickets, time entries, and notes that technicians enter about client work.
- Client documentation. Information about client systems that ezNet Solutions maintains on behalf of those clients under its service agreements with them.
How we use it
Only to operate the portal: to decide who may sign in, to record and review support work, to notify ezNet staff of problems, and to meet our obligations to clients. We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside ezNet Solutions except as described below.
Who else handles it
- Microsoft and Google act as sign-in providers and see only that you signed in to this application.
- Hosting providers run the servers where the portal and its database live, in the United States.
- Notification and error-reporting services receive short operational messages so staff can be alerted to problems. These messages do not include client credentials.
Cookies
The portal sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a small number of preference cookies such as your chosen status-strip display. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention and security
Access to the portal expires automatically for temporary staff. Audit records are kept for as long as they are needed to account for client access. Data is encrypted in transit, backups are kept for a limited period, and only ezNet staff with a business need can reach the systems that hold it.
Your choices
To ask what the portal holds about you, to correct it, or to have your account removed, contact the ezNet Solutions Owner Admin at bbrazeal@eznetllc.com. Clients may ask about their documentation under their service agreement.
